About Us

Animal Dental Chart was created by Dr. Ian Haws, a Fellow of the Academy of Veterinary Dentistry and a board certified Diplomate of the American Veterinary Dental College®. It is the natural evolution of the paper dental charts that Dr. Haws first began creating to provide referral dentistry when he became a Board Certified Veterinary Dentist® in 1998.

Dr. Haws was Head of Dentistry at the Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph, Ontario, Canada, from 1999 until 2012. In 2012, he was privileged to become a founding member of the Guelph Veterinary Specialty Hospital in Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
